Winnebago County Community Gardens is proud to partner with Fresh Food Connect, making it easy for home and community gardeners to donate extra produce to local hunger relief efforts. Instead of letting surplus fruits and vegetables go to waste, gardeners can use the Fresh Food Connect app to schedule donations, ensuring that fresh, nutritious food reaches individuals and families in need in the following  Zip Codes: 61016, 61072, 61073, 61080, 61101, 61102, 61103, 61107, 61108, 61109, 61111, 61112, 61114, 61115
